We make all of our hard cider products in the 1911 Cider House, located in Lafayette, NY. The state-of-the-art facility was built in 2014 and is led by our head cider maker, Yann Fay and Operations Manager, Luke Powers. We believe that to have legs in this business, you must constantly innovate, adapt and change. We are always looking for ways to push the envelope with our hard ciders, and the Cider House is at the forefront of this innovative spirit.
